Troubleshooting Guide

This guide is intended to enable you to carry out basic tests on your system and should enable you to solve the most common problems yourself. If you are unable to fix the problem yourself then the information that you gather will help us to get you up and going faster!

Firstly it is useful to explain a few technical terms - so click here for a brief technical guide

There are three simple steps to troubleshooting - hopefully you won’t need them, but in order they are

Step 1 - Hardware Diagnostics
Step 2 - The Browser Test
Step 3 - Network Diagnostics

Don’t worry if you don’t feel confident to do all of these - most people can manage steps 1&2. The more you can do the quicker we can sort out any problems.
