Step 2 – Check Your Computer (The Basic Version)

Start your internet browser and type the following into the address bar

www.raspnet.co.uk

If your browser displays the RASP website then you are connected onto the RASP network and the problem is likely to lie within the RASP gateway. You should contact RASP technical support

If your browser reports an error in connecting to the website then the problem is either

  • Your computer is not communicating with the Airbridge, or
  • Your Airbridge is not communicating with the RASP network, or
  • Your computer is not communicating with the RASP network through the Airbridge, or
  • Your computer is not looking up the name www.raspnet.co.uk correctly

In any of these events you will need to carry out more tests (detailed in Step 3 below) or contact RASP Technical Support if you are not confident to do so).
