Why Is RaSP Better?
RaSP offers a number of benefits over and above other offerings. We believe it is technically superior to the standard offering that most telecoms companies provide and here’s why -
1) It’s available - Conventional Broadband is not available across all of our area and can be patchy in others
2) You get a fixed ip address - this can be useful for remote access, linking to your own website or mail server
3) It is true SDL (Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line) so that you get the full rate in both directions. This is very useful for home workers for example who need to transfer large files. Most conventional broadband is ASDL (Asymetric Digital Subscriber Line) which offers dramatically lower upload speeds.
4) You get up to 5 unique e-mail addresses and mailboxes.
