Your username for mail is the same as your e-mail address:
eg fred@swaffham-prior.co.uk
or fred@reach-village.co.uk
or fred@upware-village.co.uk
You can set up your email client (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird) to access your mail using the following server names for the POP, IMAP and SMTP settings:
Reach: mail.reach-village.co.uk
Swaffham Prior: mail.swaffham-prior.co.uk
Upware: mail.upware-village.co.uk
You can adjust various settings for your account (including forwarding to other accounts, spam detection, password) via an easy to use web interface which also provides access your mail wherever you have access to a web browser:
Reach: http://mail.reach-village.co.uk/
Swaffham Prior: http://mail.swaffham-prior.co.uk/
Upware: http://mail.upware-village.co.uk/
As well as the standard services (http, pop3, imap), the new server also supports their secure, i.e. encrypted, equivalents (https, pop3s, imaps). If you want to use these (and some email programs may try to do so automatically), you will first need to load the RaSP Certificate Authority certificate by clicking here. Most browsers will then automatically import the certificate but, on an Apple Mac, you may have to run the "Keychain Access" utilty to tell it to trust the certificate. You should do this before accessing the server with one of these protocols for the first time.
The old server is still accessible at:http://oldmail.raspnet.co.uk:3000
And mail settings on it via the admin interface at:
http://oldmail.raspnet.co.uk:1000
(If you are using a firewall you may need to re-configure to use the mail admin)
